In order to ensure the survival of modern civilisation for our future generation, the huge emerging consumer market in Africa, and the meeting their needs, must be achieved within the goals of the Paris Climate Accord of 2015 to ensure that modern civilisation remains sustainable by limiting global temperature rises to less than 1.5 ˚ Celsius, while minimising the destruction water resource and natural habitats.
Combined with this, the quality of life of the people living in sub-Saharan Africa needs to improve in order to minimise human suffering and the illegal migration of millions of people to wealthier countries, desperate to escape the ravages of poverty, crime, violence, hunger and the destruction of their habitats.
